Executive Director.  An exciting opportunity for someone to lead a regional organization that is on a strong growth path into its next major stage - both organizationally and programmatically.  CAN's exceptionally strong program team is growing its focus from helping students earn college acceptance to also supporting students through degree attainment.  Our six year track record is a 100% college acceptance and 100% FAFSA completion rate; early work on enrollment numbers show rates significantly higher than averages as well (over 85% initial enrollment).  Organizationally, CAN has secured two multiple year grants focused specifically on supporting our capacity growth with both dollars and professional support.  We have a strong development director committed to this growth.  And we have an engaged team of community volunteers and a committed and supportive board.   CAN's strong team and successful program pose a great opportunity for a strong leader.  View full job description.
